My longest run so far. After training for 3 months, I had my longest run ( 32K 4:42:51) last April 24, 2010 in UP campus. Started really early and eventually the heat started to beat the shit out of me. Nevertheless, my fighting spirit never wavered and I continued running. Never running on empty. I can do this. 2 weeks to go before the big 42K day.
